Awwww... I wonder what kind of frog it is? I've never seen one like that around these parts. I remember once when I was in elementary school I'd gotten a bunch of tadpoles from the ditch that runs between the streets in front of where I grew up. The tadpoles soon turned into little bitty hopping frogs/toad that escaped the tub that I had them in behind the shed. I remember running around the lawn trying to chase them from the path of the lawnmower as it beared down on them. :(
Your cute lil' frog looks a bit like our resident tree frogs. (I didn't think you have tree frogs in Kansas!)
At night, in Bermuda, all you can hear are the tiny tree frogs, singing their hearts out. They are nocturnal, and kinda shy, so I haven't been able to get a picture yet.

ReplyDeleteI think he's very cute. He's some kind of tree frog, I think. Those are usually colorful and tend to climb up on walls or trees.
