Day Forty Seven

Ok, back on track, at least for the moment! Here is a wall of storm clouds and rain, just to my south tonight.

And a rainbow to the east of me! Rainbows come and go so fast, I did not have time to run to a prime position for this photo, so regretfully, there are power lines (non-working power lines, I might add!) in this photo. I wish I could have run further down our road to get the rainbow with only open field in the shot! In this first photo, you can see there is actually a double rainbow!

  3. The rainbow pics are so pretty! Even with the "non-working" power lines. I can't believe the snow and ice melted so quickly!

  4. Great photos, all. I think I like the first one the best. You captured the approaching storm, and I really love the light you captured on the ground.

  7. Oh, this is extraordinary!

The arriving storm looks like Niagra or Victoria Falls.

Is this a common sight, something you get blase about? . . . or does it astonish you too? How often do you see such a thing?

    It looks truly frightening.
