Um, yeah, the hubby and I... I guess you could call us pyromaniacs... I decided to burn some trash today since there's hardly any wind. It was a safe burn this time.
Blurred this just slightly around the edge and applied "antique" effect in iPhoto.
Love the effect applied to this! We aren't allowed to burn trash were I live so I don't ever get to see "friendly fire" like this where I live.
It's been fun traveling through the seasons so far with all of the photo bloggers - I just hope that "pestilence" (thanks Robert) will not be documented any time soon! LOL

ReplyDeleteOnly a true photographer would think to take a photo of their burning trash.
ReplyDeleteNice filter. I just love filters, especially since I can't use them in newspaper work.
I posted twice. Had to delete one.
I like this - especially with the effects you used!
ReplyDeleteThis is a very cool pic! Well, actually I guess it's a "hot" pic huh? I really like how you can see the fire dancing!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the blog site you told me about.
Great photo. We burned some stuff last week in a barrel too. Lots of people burning now that the weather has turned nicer.
ReplyDeleteNice effect!
ReplyDeleteLet's see - fire, wind, blizzard - what's next pestilence? Be safe!!

Lovely photo, but are you sure you 2 should be allowed to handle a fire? :)
